Welcome to the Benchmarking Tool in the frame of the SMART-watch project, funded by the INTERREG V Central Europe Programme. The Benchmarking Tool tries to provide an alternative option to measure the regional performances and implementation status. As part of the Technical Working Package WPT4 „Policy Recommendations“, the Benchmatking Tool is the second Deliverable of the first Activity and derives directly from the Common Set of Indicators. The Tool is developed by the WPT4 Leader University of Applied Sciences Wismar: Technology, Business and Design by support of all Project Partners and is dedicated to be used by all stakeholders of the project, intereseted parties and general public. The shown data and reports have been researched acuratly and to the best of our knowledge but do not represent or reflect the opinion of the European Commission.
